Identifying the cause of lost pallets! Centralized management of pallets is possible through a web system.
At a food trading company, each center had been managing pallets using their own methods, but since the methods were not standardized, the inventory did not match, and the inventory levels at each center were unclear. With the establishment of a new large center, there was a request to properly manage inventory, and we proposed our inventory management web system "TRAXGO." The large center manages six types of pallets, and by inputting data into this system, it became possible to check the inventory at each location. Additionally, by being able to manage each location, we could identify the locations responsible for pallet losses, and by taking measures, the number of losses has decreased.
